Mr. Wilburn has an impressive engineering background that allows him to represent the firms’ clients in environmental, land development, utility, and water issues. He has been the lead counsel in multiple high-profile cases, including the seminal groundwater case, Edwards Aquifer Authority v. Day. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Wilburn was a Director with the State Environmental Protection Agency and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law.
