Bio:

A graduate of the University of Texas (B.A. 1998) and St. Mary’s University School of Law (J.D. 2001), Mr. Jones specializes in real estate and finance law. He devotes much of his time to real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate development, commercial lease transactions and asset-based lending transactions.

Mr. Jones represents sophisticated developers and equity investors in the acquisition, financing, development, operation and sale of commercial properties including retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties as well as representing institutional lenders in complicated financing transactions.
