John Manning is an Associate at Barton Benson Jones and concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, corporate law, and land use matters.
Bio:
A native of San Antonio, John is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (B.S., Economics and Finance; B.A., Markets and Culture, 2014) and Tulane University Law School (J.D., 2018).
Prior to joining Barton Benson Jones, John represented commercial property owners in state and federal court in a wide array of contractual and business disputes, and assisted clients with entity formation, general corporate governance matters and with the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate.
During law school, John served as an intern for the Honorable Jason B. Libby of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
